Sally wants fireworks, and 3.5 points below a typical starter isn't fireworks. 3 points is roughly 54% short of the DST baseline, and I rank on output, not name recognition. Facing SEA away from home, the script reads neutral to friendly, not scary. Mild on the Pepper Meter is generous, honestly.
